We had an awesome Nationals!
All 3 of my dogs- Tommy, Lizzy, and Dari, qualified in MVA!
Lizzy was awesome. She q-ed all but 1 preshow agility run, earning 2 rally advanced legs (one with a 4th) and 3 open agility legs (all with placements) She qualified both of her advanced sheep runs! As well as her duck and cattle runs! She also got a good MVA evaluation score of 80.5 (I think 86 was the highest). She was just out of the top 10, placing 12 in MVA.
Tommy worked hard at stock finals, but not quite. He did have a nice (qualifying) Nationals cattle and duck run, as well as qualifying in Excellent Rally.
Dari was pretty darn awesome. She dealt with the stress of travel and the big show well! Though she was a little pushy when it came to stock. In the pretrial she only qualified in open sheep, though she did get a 4th in cattle. She also earned an advanced rally leg as well as her first agility q in the pretrials. Nationals continued her successes. Another advanced rally q, another novice agility q, an open duck q, and an open cattle q with a 3rd place! Pretty darn good for my baby girl.
Bug was a good girl also, showing nicely, though a little too bouncy for such large classes.
Shari and Todd also had success in Masters Rally, they q-ed both runs with placements!
